'Drill-O-Matic' Strip Miner has no heat management module #266

Comparing the 'Drill-O-Matic' Strip Miner with other drills (stock and MKS) it looks OP that it won't have any heat generation.

Considering the part scaling, same values as MKS's Industrial Strip Miner could be use for core heat generation as well as prices and mass.
