lonestar install says the install has succeeded, even if it failed #3

As in title - I didn't have the necessary Perl libraries, lonestar said the installation was a success. Above this there was an error in caps. Also, lonestar left some files behind - I couldn't run lonestar install again without nuking the ~/.rakudo-star directory.
