You know, google is your friend 🙂 You can search on google for the libraries that Cherno uses in Hazel 2D and see if they even exist for the web language you want to use... just look in Hazel/vendor on the newest branch which is the text branch of Hazel 2D!
It's not conclusive though... because there could exist alternatives if these libraries doesn't exist in you preferred scripting language, but since i only program in C++, I really couldn't say if you can or cannot! You really need to look into this yourself, hence why google is your friend 🙂
