错误等级需要修改cfg/cfg.xml中的

中寻找对应于你要修改的规则的，然后修改该标签下的severity属性
新增规则的话则需要修改源代码，在上边所说的文件中新增规则的配置，并在setting类中完成读取，然后完成相应的check函数并在适当位置进行调用
