  • Move static analysis checks
    • from require-dev to standalone ./Build/tools directories
    • from GitHub Actions steps into own job
      • AND for TYPO3 majors minimal supported PHP version only
  • generation of change-logs
    • for Rst(TYPO3 stack)
    • for Markdown(GitHub stack)
