It seems that the install script is somehow requiring a script outside the source directory. Is this intended?

Thanks for catching this! cli/newtonnet_predict is missing. I filed a temporary fix to remove it from setup.py so that pip install -e . can run without problem. Will add this script back when Mojtaba is back from vacation.
