[BUG] Endless loading

Bug Report Description

When i go to the store, an endless download begins. I tried the stable version and the pre-reliase. I tried reinstalling. It didnt help.

This issue is still not fixed for many users. Leaving the issue open for tracking.

this may be related to the issues I was mentioning

after an a certain amount of time the store and several other parts of decky start "endless loading"

on top of the store endlessly showing the steam loading animation

it also shows up in

1. decky settings
2. any plugins with custom menus like CSS loader, audio loader, etc.

Issues that might be related (these always happen at the same time or right before the "endless loading" bug happens:

1. mango peel stops responding to any setting changes
2. Plugin uninstalls hangs (for this one, I had to have already been in the decky settings page)
