As a follow up to #337

Some cards people just don't want to include in their decks, so it would be nice for the UI displaying the grouped cards together to allow hiding combos that users don't want to see. (for instance, if someone has 5 potential combos that use Grim Monolith, but the deck owner knows they will not add a Grim Monolith to the deck, they should be able to filter out those combos from being displayed)
