Change scroll hop (actual ZMIANA_WIELKOSCI_PLANSZY) to 1
It may be good idea to delete this variable and handle it in BoardArea only
(as well as other scroll-related variables)
Assign scrolling to mouse wheel
Adjust default map size to automatically fit the window
