No start because missing vcruntime140_1.dll

Hi guys, i saved Software Folders and reinstalled my Win 10. After that i get the error of missing the .dll
i can´t remember i stalled anything for last time. the last system was quite clean as well so i have no idea.
installed C++redistributables 2015 x64 and x86 but no effect.

somebody maybe could help, wanna print again :D
