Suggestions for Customer Accounts API

Background: The Customer Accounts API works well, but the UI, especially for the end user is quite confusing. They are on Hydrogen app and then get redirected to Shopify URL to log in? This is strange behavior to a user. Moreover, the Shopify Login Page they are redirected to, is totally scarce and provides zero direction to the user or any explanation as to what is going on. From a user perspective, it all kind of seems like some sort of hack.

My suggestions are as follows:

1. Allow some addition of text to the Shopify Login Page, so the user can be given some indication of what's going on.

OR

2. Alternatively, a better approach, is to allow the frontend (hyrdrogen store) to have a form, which sends the email to the Customer Accounts API, and then on the redirect to the Shopify login page, the email is pre-populated and the code is sent. So the Shopify Login page is just used to enter/verify the code. In this way, the Frontend (hydrogen store) can easily create a login page which gives the user information about what is going on. Then the Frontend creates a simple form that asks for the email, and upon submission sends it to the Customer Accounts API, which takes over there. There is no reason why the Shopify Page itself needs to ask for the email as it can be sent via the URL and prepopulated and the form submitted.

I'm waiting for a reply related to the signup process. Without any other input fields besides the email, users might not realize that they need to enter their email to signup and login.

Additionally, the login page does not support the Arabic language.
