Relationship between TFs, receptors and ligands in new_ligand_receptor_TFs.txt #22

Thanks for the wonderful tool!
This issue might only be about biology, not technology.
In the file new_ligand_receptor_TFs.txt, there are 3 columns: Ligand_Symbol, Receptor_Symbol and TF_Symbol.
In each row, is TF_Symbol activated by only Receptor_Symbol activation or combination of both Ligand_Symbol and Receptor_Symbol?
For example, in line 3: CCL26--CCR1--FOXO3, is FOXO3 activated by any ligand binding to CCR1, or activated by only CCL26 binding to CCR1 strictly?
Thanks for any help!

Sorry for the late reply. As your example "CCL26-CCR1-FOXO3", only CCL26 binding to CCR1 activate FOXO3. Hope this could help you.
