events.html: only one star type

This map shouldn't differentiate between affiliate and non-affiliate marches, leading to two changes:

• Use the pink star everywhere
• Remove the map legend

NB if this requires a change in map.js, please check that it only affects events.html (and not the map displayed by index.html at https://ragtagopen.github.io/marchon-map/index.html)

[rcolodzin c3aadc4] Fixes issue #51. Use the pink star on the event page for all types of data. Leave original logic in place if not on events page.
