Set up releases/CI

Create releases or a CI pipeline to have binaries ready to download and install.
Will remove the need to compile new binaries everytime

I'll try to work on this - sometimes you do need to compile with all the options and modules of the host OS. I gave compiling from source and replacing the binary a shot but it complained about a module being incompatible. The other option is to remove most of the modules, but it could break legitimate software or appear more suspicious.
