Merge with R-ArcGIS/arcgislayers#40.
We have to have a vignette / article that discusses the licensing implication of using some of these features. I think this is not required until we have credit consuming features such as geocoding or routing

Moving to arcgis repo. This isn't relevant for arcgislayers since reading feature services does not have any credit cost

This is going to be important with arcgisgeocode. We might want to consider providing a way to estimate credit usage as well?
