Publish as a module on PowerShell Gallery

Hi,

I've been looking for a light-weight way to send SysEx commands to a MIDI device and seeing somebody already did the work to provide PowerShell cmdlets for MIDI is great! I strongly propose to publish this as a module in PowerShell Gallery so that people can more easily find and use it in their scripts.
