Not downloading Torrent

Hi All,

I'm quite new on this.
Basically I had sickbeard installed on omv/debian based which i had to rebuilt due to RAID issue.

Anyhoo, mr-orange respository was no longer available, so i tried installing midgetspy which I am not a big fan of due to the missing subtitle downloader.
I then found this pistachitos which to me looks similar to the version that I had installed last time.

I'm having problem now however to download the torrent even though i have configured piratebay to run on proxy.
Can anyone help please? Thanks

Hi! do you have any information in the error log? Which method are you using to snatch the torrents?

Hi isetz,

I'm trying to just set thepiratebay and on the configure built-in providers section, I've selected access TPB via proxy (tried all proxy)
and there's another tick box that says trusted download which I've tried both ticked and unticked.

The funny thing though, when i click on the episode that I wanna download, it came up with the pop up box saying that it couldn't download but there's nothing in the logs&errors.

But If I go ahead and add EZRSS, I get an error --> please see below

I reccomend you disable the EZRSS option, and also try to use TPB without proxy. Also, you must configure a torrent client where to send the download.

I have tried that too (see my last post)
I have configured the torrent client site of things too if you are aware of open media vault?

I'm using openmediavault which is debian squeeze based OS
and I've installed transmission BT as the torrent client

Ok, the OS is no problem if your SB starts without errors. If you test the connection to Transmission from SB settings it works?

Then if error logs shows no errors besides the ezrss one, it may be that the episode you are trying to find returns no results.

Can you try with other series an episodes? Also try to change the log view to "debug", maybe we can see there something else that helps solving your problem.

I've tried different shows with same results.
transmission BT works okay because if I copy paste the magnet link, it will download fine.

interestingly, this is what I found in the logs
it seems that it found the episode, but just not being able to download it.

I think the problem is in your connection settings.

HTTP error 404 while loading URL http://thepiratebay.se/search/Person.of.Interest%20S03E20%7C3x20%7C03x20/0/7/200

This page opens fine, so it has to be something with the proxy settings...

In my SB I have the "trusted download" cheched and the "access via proxy" uncheched. Never tried using proxy there.

yeah gathered as much.
I'm looking for different proxy as all of the ones there aren't working
I'll edit the provider py file and see what happened
