Not updating xbmc library/episode after download is done

Hi, i'm using frodo 12.2 and in sickbeard i selected update episode or library if episode fails on download complete, and it doesn't seem to update the library, it sends the notifications fine etc but if something finishes downloading and i go back to the episodes it doesn't show up, i have to do it manually.

The update xbmc button updates the library fine tho so not sure why it's happning, any suggestions? no errors in the logs either.
