Certificates are displayed incorrectly if you switch providers when creating a certificate. #232

If the user does not change the provider in the dialog, the current certificate list updates as expected.
If the user changes the provider in the dialog, the list remains showing the certificates for the previously selected provider and does not refresh automatically.
To view the updated certificates, the user must manually switch to the provider where the certificate was added.

@OlhaPeculiar I think I fixed it, could you check here https://fortify-tools.vercel.app/ please, import had the same issue, I fixed it too
