Add FIFO Method

For me personally it would be nice if the FIFO method would be used to calculate the average price of the current position. Which in this situation would be 1.375 instead of 1.13.

Maybe it makes sense to create an Options Menu dialog in the same step.

If you include the FIFO, please also create an option to select whether dividends should be deducted from the purchase price or not. Then the purchase price under Active Trade should be the original one. The whole thing would make sense to me even without FIFO.

The background is:
You buy 100 shares at 50, which costs you 5000.
Then you get a dividend of 5 x 100 shares.
Now you assume the average purchase price is 45.

In my world, I have to pay tax on the dividend. This means that the dividend is reduced by the tax. Let's assume I pay 20% tax. So the average would be 50 - (5-(5*0.2) = 46.

When using the FIFO it gets a bit more complicated with the taxes. There is no way to use an average for the tax. Which is why it is easier to leave the purchase price in the original.
