Upload queue - error handling of deleted AOIs

Uploaded AOIs that were deleted are still displayed in the upload queue, but when users clicked on the view AOI button, an error occurred.

I think this is simply a matter of the template testing to see if the AOI exists when deciding what button to put on the page.
