Add/Improve prometheus metrics #21

Currently we use prometheus basic HTTP Server metrics by instrumenting our server (https://github.com/prometheus/client_golang/blob/master/prometheus/promhttp/instrument_server.go).

We could build some of our own metrics to give hindsight over :

amount of secrets
certificate nearing expiration
amount of group/node tokens
