Mandatory/limited addresses system

Greetings.

To make adding an address not mandatory is a complicated process.
There are no options for that in the back-end, and I wanted to create a system that only requires the address on checkout.

I tried implementing that by only using the Rainlab.user authentication and registration components, but it turns out that it doesn't get synced with mall, and also, the addresses page in section is not showing. and the checkout component also bugs.

Something like "Hey, it looks like you haven't added an address yet, (Add address button) " Will be super helpful when displaying an empty address list.

Also, we need to "add your phone number section" at login.
