Is there support for subscriptions?

So the Graph API has the option to notify a server endpoint about changes to a resource in the form of a subscription (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/webhooks?view=graph-rest-1.0), does this library support this functionality? Specifically, I want to be notified when a calendar event is created/modified/deleted
