Message replacements aren't getting serialized

What is the bug?
Message keys are being serialized/formatted but the replacements are not

What version of Nucleus are you running?
Nucleus version 2.3.3-SNAPSHOT (built from commit d8ea168)

What version of Sponge are you running?
Recommended 7.3.0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run either /mute or /kick with default messages or /jail with a custom one
2. The reason in chat will not be formatted

Expected behavior
Properly serialized text
