As a user I want an order of objectives that is consistent with the OLC state transitions in order to ensure consistency.

Acceptance Criteria

  • I have to stick to the OLC state order when defining the objective order (e.g. not possible: House 1 is in state finished in Objective 1 and in state init in Objective 2 and Objective 1 comes before Objective 2)
