Dolby Atmos Digital and plus not working

Starting middle of July I cannot get MPC HC with Madvr outputting Dolby sound.
Dolby sound is perfect using Windows Moviεs and TV and Potplayer (ffmpeg).
There is a need for Lav update.
Could you please see into it ?

MPC-HC already includes the very latest version of LAV Filters.

After extended trials: * Clean install 23H2. * Factory reset both TV and AVR. * Fresh install MPC HC and MADVR. When I pick 120hz refresh rate, MADVR gets a ton of glitches and MPC HC becomes broken (the reason I misjudged…) It seems to be an issue related with 120hz refresh rate. I do not touch anything in Options, Playback, except for the output. Is there any setting that could solve the issue? Finally, installing the K lite codec pack with MPC HC put everything back in order !
