Enable ChangeLog plugin for Zapi Collector

⚠️ Note:
Below steps are applicable for NABox and Zapi Collector. ChangeLog documentation is available here

Prerequisite: ssh to NABox via root

Step 1: Create custom_changelog.yaml

Navigate to the zapiperf directory:

cd /opt/harvest2-conf/conf/zapi

Create custom_changelog.yaml:

vi custom_changelog.yaml

Update the file with the following content:

objects:
  Volume:
    - custom_volume.yaml
  SVM:
    - custom_svm.yaml
  Node:  
    - custom_node.yaml   

Step 2: Create custom_volume.yaml

Navigate to the /opt/harvest2-conf/conf/zapi/cdot/9.8.0 directory:

cd /opt/harvest2-conf/conf/zapi/cdot/9.8.0

Create custom_volume.yaml:

vi custom_volume.yaml

Update the file with the following content:

plugins:
  - ChangeLog

Step 3: Create custom_svm.yaml

• Navigate to the /opt/harvest2-conf/conf/zapi/cdot/9.8.0 directory:

cd /opt/harvest2-conf/conf/zapi/cdot/9.8.0

• Create custom_svm.yaml:

vi custom_svm.yaml

• Update the file with the following content:

plugins:
  - ChangeLog

Step 4: Create custom_node.yaml

• Navigate to the /opt/harvest2-conf/conf/zapi/cdot/9.8.0 directory:

cd /opt/harvest2-conf/conf/zapi/cdot/9.8.0

• Create custom_node.yaml:

vi custom_node.yaml

• Update the file with the following content:

plugins:
  - ChangeLog

Step 5: Restart NABox containers

dc restart
