New Issue template

We need a template that specifies how new issues should be formatted and created.

For example:

• New "feature requests" should specify the Minecraft version(s) they target.
• New bug reports should specify the Mystcraft version the user was playing on.

Maybe we could use GitHub projects? With a project per Minecraft version? Would that assist here?

I'm also very open to other suggestions on better managing this repository / Mystcraft Legacy as a whole.

I suggest tags like 1.7.10 and 1.12. For me it would be fine if we apply them ourself when reviewing the issue but I guess with issue templates we can assign them automatically too.

I think projects would be fine were we can manage issues. I see like Next cloud handles that and that works werey well. But I don't think there will be too much issues over the time, so not sure if we really need project boards yet.

I'd recommend using GitHub's new issue forms. I'm making use of them in my public repositories and they offer a simple and intuitive user experience.
