Review/Begin Knowledge Transfer of Mozfest Systems

Context: Early in the new year we’ll need to transistion ownership of the systems/tools used for Mozfest over to our team.

Request: Please review https://docs.google.com/document/d/12yhb6WeWuTXrbuHI2QpZGJ7t2pzGiySx-bKJ5Ee0mw0/edit?tab=t.0 and make a plan for taking over the backend systems listed here. Please review any existing documentation, log ins, and technical considerations. Some of this may not be available until we meet again in the new year, but good to get familiar with this in the meantime.
