Using GCaMP6s to analyze GFP signal in plated neurons. Set parameters for one video inputted as a tif stack that produced great masking of the plated neurons. When these parameters and ops settings have been applied to different videos, a blurry mean img is produced and cells are split into 2 ROIs with fuzzy amplitude readings.
