Vision Code Implementation

Problem

We need a way to run vision code in a separate process for a flight day & competition

Solution

Need to convert the main() function in the vision code to handle a file path in the flight computer.

Additional Notes

Currently blocked until we can transfer photos from the camera & figure out where photos will be stored.
