The hook only refreshes the cache of one instance in the farm, the one that receives the hook from the load balancer.
Considering containers are located behind nginx proxies, there is no way to trigger the hook on all of them but possibly reconsider #97. Also review #42.
The only option is to refresh the cache periodically, pulling everything from Github every X hours.
