Since the new shell integration on Windows 11, the shell extension opens all files in 1 MediaInfo instance instead of multiple instances.
The change was expected but some users want multiple instances.
We need an option similar to e.g. Notepad++ for having multiple instances.

Alright I'll add an option for this. It shouldn't be too difficult but will just inflate the binaries a little.

I'll let you add the translations after that though as I still find it difficult to modify the translations part of MediaInfo.
