iOS Safari Bookmarklet no longer works for Instagram.com images

There is a known problem with Safari and the mltshp plugins as of Mojave and iOS 12.

Closing this issue because it's in the wrong project. If that ticket doesn't address your problem (for example, you're using iOS 11 or earlier), or if you have other questions about it, open a new ticket on the mltshp_plugins tracker with details about what device you're using, the version of iOS, and so on.

I'm on vacation currently so I can't really double check, but this is unrelated to the new Safari extension rules.

Instagram doesn't load images into the page using an tag. Instead they load it as a CSS background image, this method prevents the image from being directly selected/interacted with in browsers.

As far as I've been aware going all the way back to the MLKSHK days using the bookmarklet or extension on Instagram has been a problem because of this.
