James Baker should be changed to Dr. James Baker.
Also, the wording in the introductory paragraphs (especially "Thanks also go to the British Library and the University of Sussex where James Baker, who developed the workshops, worked when planning and delivering the workshops.") should be changed to emphasize advocacy, support, and development of initial workshops. I think the lessons and community have developed beyond this initial stage to be community developed and supported.
