Clicking the Save button more than once when logging an event creates multiple events #3

See accounting/process/1/ and log some work. Get impatient and click Save a few times to reproduce this bug.

That bug probably happens with other Save buttons, too. The solution is to disable the Save button when clicked. If the button could legitimately be clicked again, you'd need to re-enable it after the saving happened. But if the Save event redirects, no need to re-enable.

Would be good to find and implement a somewhat global way to do that...
