Veromix won't show hardware profiles - unless changed with KMix... #131

Which frontend do you use (KDE/Gtk):
KDE

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Reboot the system

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On right-clicking my hardware device in the veromix-plasmoid, i would expect an
option "profiles" to set the output to "digital output (IEC958)", "analog
duplex", etc. Instead the option is entirely missing.
However, if i change the hardware profile just once with KMix (regardless of
the kind of change), veromix seems to recognize the change and further displays
the option "profiles" with all options, that are listed in KMix. But only until
the next reboot.
It seems to make no matter, whether KMix is started automatically on system
startup or not. In the latter case I have to start KMix manually to change the
hardware profile.
It looks, as if veromix doesn't recognize, that the hardware profile of my
audio device "internal audio" can be changed and needs KMix to bring this to
veromix' attention.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
veromix 0.18.3
Kubuntu 13.10
KDELibs 4.11.5
Qt. 4.8.4
Kernel 3.11.0-19-generic
OS Type 64-bit
PulseAudio 4.0-0ubuntu6
