Plasma Expander icon confusing for soundcard options ?

Which frontend do you use (KDE/Gtk): KDE

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on the icon
2. see the menu popup

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Every connected soundcard can be configured. But you need to click on an icon 
which looks like an expanding icon which is also used for mpris media players. 
But instead this icon opens up a configuration menu instead of expanding. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
current git

Please provide any additional information below.

I created a patch which uses the plasma themes configure button for soundcard 
configuration popupmenu and uses expander for mediaplayers (mpris) only. I also 
fixed the layout a little.
