Add the posibility to show "monitor of sound sources"

I'm an Archlinux user and i'm using "stereo mix" a lot, but "monitor of my 
sound card" has dissapeared in veromix, during the last days/updates. I have to 
launch pavucontrol to control their behaviour.

Excuse my poor English.

For anybody still finding this before google code is dead: The problem is

In my fork of MORf30's arch linux repository, I made the monitor hiding 
configurable. But I have to say that I just upgraded to Plasma 5 out of 
frustration with veromix and trying to make this change. I'll now look how KMix 
can be improved with a similar option to unhide the monitors.
