Veromix doesn't display an option to manipulate system volume #102

On one of my PCs with Veromix installed, it doesn't list the "System
notifications" at all among the options, therefore it is impossible to adjust
their volume. In addition, those sounds are by default set to 100%, even though
it should never exceed the master volume amount.

Here it's quite an issue, since to get normal volume I need to use 12% volume,
and when KNotify is set to 100% by default, it produces ear-splitting sounds.
The only way to change it at this point is to use pavuctl directly.

I attached what I see in Veromix, in pavuctl and in the system monitor.

Using openSUSE 12.1 x86_64, KDE 4.8.4, Veromix 0.17.0, PulseAudio 2.0. The
system is localised, and I have what amounts to three sound cards here. On
another device, I can see the slider for the system notifications just fine.
