Develop documentation for triaxiality implementation in CLMM

Needs documentation:

• Mock catalog example notebook: full run through on where to calculate/fit ellipticity and mass correction
• What the mock catalogs are
• What corrections are done, and how it adds to mass correction
• Comparison with spherical model
• Add plot comparing the impact of the different q's in comparison to the spherical model (update that plot)

Code documentation:

• Add detailed docstrings to triaxiality code functions
