WPS modules not working for Luxembourg under Mapserver or Geoserver

The WPS modules for Luxembourg seem not work. Changing from EPSG:2169 to EPSG:3035 does not help. Changing from MapServer to Geoserver does not help either.

A detailed debugging is required to understand where this goes wrong and what is necessary to solve this.

See below for results:
EPSG:2169 - Result Map is rotated and mirrored

EPSG:3035 - Result Map's origin is located North-west of Ireland

Using Geosever WFS with EPSG:2169 - Error message: Error: checkStatus() call failed - The process failed with the following message: Process executed. Failed to build final response for output [spline_surface]: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/tmp/pywps-instanceAHGeOO/spline_surface.img'
