Does this code work on Windows 10?

Hi

I tried to install this code in Windows, everything appears to install just fine and the lines added to the correlograms are present but when the plugins are added to the phy-contrib file, phy template-gui never starts up (after typing phy template-gui params.py in the cmd window).

Thanks for making these plugins! Incidentally we did get them working on a computer running ubuntu and they are awesome.
