I tried to restore Chr and BP for a file including rsid, EA, OA, beta, SE, and p-value (link to download the summary statistics: http://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/gwas/summary_statistics/GCST009001-GCST010000/GCST009160/Wood_et_al_2013_PMID_23696881_1000G_circulating_molecules.txt.gz) but SumStatsRehab didn't work and I lost the rsid instead. A colleague fixed it by using UKBB as the reference panel instead of science shared to annotate the variant ids. The issue is recurrent for all the summary statistics from that study.
