Generic predicates as an option when building watchers (introduced by #34) will not work with incremental informer watchers, only with state-of-the-world.

Behaviour when watching/listing objects with either of these types of watcher should be the same. Wee should at least add a note in the docs/comments highlighting this difference while it's not fixed.
