Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As of now it is not possible to add in cameras that have been setup to save footage to the SD-card on the camera itself. This because the rtsp stream gets disabled when this feature is enabled. It seems the integrations needs the stream to verify the credentials for the camera-account.
However, even though the camera stream is down, all controls and settings still work. I have verified this by temporarily removing the SD-card in my camera, then adding the camera in HA through this integration, lastly setting the SD-card in the camera again. Now all I'm missing is the camera stream, but I can control every other setting just fine. Which is still useful if one, for example, would want to automate privacy mode from HA.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to be able to add in my cameras even though in using SD-card local storage and not have to do the workaround described above. A possible solution might be to find another endpoint on the camera for verifying credentials. However, it should possibly also be given a clear message to the user that the camera stream entities will become unavailable, or maybe not.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternative solutions is to do the workaround described above. It consists of temporarily removing the SD-card, then adding the device in HA, then setting the SD-card in the camera again.
Additional context
A screenshot of what happens when trying to validate credentials with SD-card.
I am using a C310 and a C210 and the problem exists on both.

To clarify, this happens only if both Tapo care and SD card recording is turned on. This is a limitation of the camera as specified in FAQ.
Combination of SD card recording and RTSP stream with no Tapo care works without any issues.
Feature request is valid; just wanted to clarify for anyone reading this.

Thank you for raising this topic.
I can confirm that streams of all my 6 c210 cams are not displayed in HA for a few weeks, I have activated saving on SD card and kept Tapo Caro recording to the tp-link cloud. 3 cams were already able to be added to this integration in HA, 3 cams still have been controlled only using ONVIF HA integration. I will check using the pending 3 ones.
