To-do-list

  • clean up script
  • add final bits of functionality
    • make list of what people want added
  • fix hueristics that could cause problems
  • look in to making it more object oriented?
  • organize a get together with Ryan, Eric, Shelby to go over script and find ways to improve it
  • during get together, talk about how to integrate into the DAP
  • make it user friendly (eg adding the main method and function/classes?)

Thoughts: apply to MBARI jplace. write a shell script that will take each jplace file, apply the script to it, write the results to an excel sheet, and repeat. Results should be name of jplace, associated cog, percent "confidently" placed. Also consider writing it so that "depth" is taken into account.
