Default timeout too short #16

On my computer (ubuntu 18.10), the default timeout (1000 ms) is too short for the IP request to succeed.

It almost always fails with the following error: "Request timed out from https://diagnostic.opendns.com/myip " etc.

I don't know if I am the only one with this issue.
