Essentially: all the packages are built by one large MSIX Packaging Project from within Visual Studio into the Installer\Packages directory. The Installer (not published on Symbol Server) is then used alongside Rebound Hub which is the only package not shipped into Rebound Installer, and so the user is able to install it.
